Home Sweet Home
My first quilt entry reflects my Afro-American heritage. It is made with African and traditional American cotton fabric, and machine embroidery dogs. We are a pet loving family, so it was fitting to applique their icons. The backing fabric is pieced with my green corduroy robe. The quilt hangs on my staircase wall.
